At Dilley Rae, we believe good Bourbon and Whiskey start the moment you choose your ingredients.
We start with the smooth sweetness of corn, spice it up with some rye, add some complexity with toasted oats and balance it all out with a great barley malt.
We age our products in single batch new oak barrels and do not bottle any barrel until it meets our standards for smoothness and breadth of character.
